Another story handed down through history is that of the famous Vietnamese generals Le Loi and Nguyen Trai. Many years back, the couple was major a battle against Chinese invaders. One history tells of an old Vietnamese Senator who, understanding that the starting ceremony of the initial Vietnamese Senate beneath the new Structure would be March 10, 1967, voiced his disapproval.
